Aquatrans is a unique multi-directional valve that can be used in a wide range of applications. It is a wellestablished multi-path valve used in aquaculture, the food industry and other heavy-duty areas of application. All surfaces are made of polyethylene (PE), which is a corrosion-free and chemical-resistant material. The Aquatrans valve will last ”forever”, even in seawater. All the passages are curved and the inner edges are well rounded for gentle fish transport. The Aquatrans features make the valve the right choice for a wide range of applications.

The valve can be easily adapted to suit customers’ needs. The maximum working pressure for Aquatrans is 1.5 bar or 0.7 bar vacuum. The maximum working temperature is 55C*.

Actuator

Aquatrans valves are delivered with a manual handle or a full swing electric or hydraulic actuator. Large valves are only supplied with an actuator. The electric actuator provides up to 8192 steps and 360 degrees swing so that the ball is correctly positioned with the smoothest possible transition between the ball and the valve housing. The actuators are specially developed for Aquatrans valves. The actuator is an IP68 cabinet, type approved and maintenance-free. The control system that supports the actuators has a user-friendly interface and provides real-time positional feedback during operation.
